When we think with our soul frequently we only take emotional decisions, lead by the impulse, if we have time to reflect and someone that really is important for us (authhority figure such as a teacher, a good friend, a counselor) we will seee much more than the surface. But we only change behaviour when we feel the need to change something inside of us, or do anything else to escape from routines. And there we are in the three components of actitude! Cognition, need of action, and emotional! and the most difficult to reach is to be abble to not pay atention only on the moral rules and what we feel about to start to see each part of the situation (why are we reacting like that to a kind of stimulus, sometimes only by impulse)? The answer is We have learn in similar conditions to react like that, so we don't neeed to think to much (it consume less energy from us than to reflect about during a while to discuss with others and after that to react, behave...
