In Remembrance
Memorial Day, formerly known as Decoration Day, is a United States Federal holiday that is observed on the last Monday of May. Memorial Day commemorates U.S. men and women who've died during military service to their country.
The holiday first began to honor soldiers who had died during the American Civil War. But after World War I it was expanded to include those who've died in any war or military action.
Happy Memorial Day weekend to you too Aaron!
