Holy crap. Take a look at this. Here's a guy asking for help regarding his Blogger blog, and this is the response he gets...

I'd be pissed off for sure. I mean, the question was written in English, what language did he think he wanted to hear? And it's not like it was in broken English where perhaps another language would be more helpful. It was clear as day. For some reason that just ruffles my feathers. Imaging going back to find that reply to your urgent question. Sheesh.
