White Hat SEO Tips For Bloggers - Part 2

Yesterday I posted the first part of the White Hat SEO Tips For Bloggers lecture given by Matt Cutts at the WordCamp 2007 conference in San Francisco, California. And as promised, here's the second and final part of the lecture.

Like the first video, this one is also about thirty-five minutes in length, so you might want to grab yourself a cup of coffee, or a beer, or a glass of milk and some cookies or something before getting fully into it. :)

In the video Matt covers such things as: getting link bait, AdSense section targeting, Google Analytics, the Google webmaster console, hacker prevention and more.

  2. Many thanks my friend! And it's funny you mentioned that because that's exactly what I was planning on doing with your posts on the subject! :) I've just been so majorly short on time this week that when I posted these I didn't get a chance round up any links to include. But I will! :)

    In fact, I'm even planning to add a special category on SEO that is a mixture of all the links and tips my closest blogging buddies have to offer. That way, you guys get more link love, and my readers will a very well-rounded collection of tips tricks. :)

  8. I`ll have to re-watch both videos. Despite I`m not a "SEO" wannabe, I think I see-hear some things I may use.

    Anyway, watching this 2 videos after the latest google PR penality ... is a bit odd :-P

    I noticed the other day that the latest video was CLEARLY labeled to show that it was only a "game". Looks like they realized how many people they pissed off over it! Morons.
